As for bad reviews, the math is hard. The "feel" of beta-alanine is a myth. Sometimes you feel it, sometimes not. i am not a doctor Do your own research. I bought another brand of red capsules that did nothing for my workout. I have tried ProLabs and am now taking half the recommended amount and the workout is amazing. I basically do all drop sets because I'm old. I have a lot of energy after 2 hours of training. I barely lasted an hour on beta-alanine (or that crappy red capsule). Spirit? May be. $25 for a few months supply? Priceless.
