Type of review

I love these capsules, it's an easy way for me to swallow beta-alanine pre-workout and with meals. I'm really noticing a difference in my endurance and the number of reps I can get during my workout. If I forget to take it before a session I don't feel as strong. I have tried many supplements over the years but this one is in my arsenal!

As for bad reviews, the math is hard. The "feel" of beta-alanine is a myth. Sometimes you feel it, sometimes not. i am not a doctor Do your own research. I bought another brand of red capsules that did nothing for my workout. I have tried ProLabs and am now taking half the recommended amount and the workout is amazing. I basically do all drop sets because I'm old. I have a lot of energy after 2 hours of training. I barely lasted an hour on beta-alanine (or that crappy red capsule). Spirit? Mayโ€ฆ

When you buy this product you will find out how much and how often to take. As your beta lanin builds up in your muscles over time, you will start to see very noticeable real world results after about two weeks. Your muscles won't tire on the last few sets, and you'll need to add more weight at the end to achieve a higher level of endurance. I trained for three weeks and then started reducing the dosage. On the fifth week, as I further reduced the dosage, I began the first week of the creatineโ€ฆ
