I bought my first suitcase from another seller and everything was fine. The joke I received from this seller arrived in a tattered FedEx bag and without much protection. Luckily everything seemed fine at first. let me be clear IT WAS THE EXACT SAME suitcase ($1.50 off) but I noticed that this suitcase had the front and back panels unattached when it arrived. So I drilled holes in the front panel only to find the front and back did not match! That must be why they weren't tied up when he arrived. The front and back panels did not fit into the white plastic frame. As I pierced the front panel I cannot return it. I will eat $20 and never use this supplier again.
