Review on 🌳 SainSmart Wood DarkBrown 1KG3 Filament - Achieve Striking 3D Prints with Rich Brown Aesthetics by Narendra Thapa

Doesn't smell of wood as advertised but other than that it's a fantastic reel. It actually prints MUCH better than any of my other PLA prints. Does not shrink or sag easily. The layers also adhere very well. Prints are crisp and clean. I always thought that "specialized" threads like wood would require more experience and handling, but it was very easy. As for the appearance of the wood, you can see tiny grains and it is brown in color. But it won't look like you carved anything out of wood. You can probably adjust the temperature every few coats or so to get the effect of the growth rings, but I haven't tried that. Overall I am very happy with this thread and it will become my main source for wood thread.
