Needs a better bird support/bait.
In general, my parrot likes to play with toys on the sides. She does it outside of the swing and not for very long. It seems that the plastic mount is not easy to hold or stay on. Perhaps a wooden support would serve better. From the picture on your website it looks like there is a tree at the base of the swing.
