This fixed my Mercury 9.9hp 4 stroke outboard. A 2002 model that went offline in the middle of a lake. At least a few presses on the primer bulb brought me back to shore. My 14 year old had a hardened diaphragm from being in petrol for years in EtOh and nobody sells replacement diaphragms for them anymore, they just assume you are buying everything new which is a shame because they are very easy to fix or to replace would only be the rubber membrane inside for a few dollars. My previous inlet and outlet were parallel to each other, this one is at a 45 degree angle, but it works exactly the same with no loss of pressure or flow. This gas makes the rubber seal inside after a few years, and it lasted 14 years. Very easy to replace and save a few bucks as a DIYer.
