Review on 🚀 Pilot Automotive Navigator CG-09WD Waterproof Aerodynamic Cargo Carrier - 18 Cubic Feet by Shigg Bigbee

We bought it a few years later for a trip from Pennsylvania to California and back. We used it on the roof of our car every time we drove. And in the rain on both trips, and in the snow one way - no problem. Nothing got wet inside. For us it was stuffed to the max with clothes, towels and other things - everything was dry. We only used the straps that came with it and they worked great. The only issue we had was not realizing that the zippers needed to be attached to each other. We took off from the freeway, only for someone to squeak and point to our summit. We stopped and saw the zippers broke and some of our stuff fell out. Quick fix - we just thread a bunch of keys through each zip to keep them closed - you should probably use a padlock to secure them and keep people out if you need to stop. This wasn't a design flaw, the zippers stayed on the bag - they just separated from each other I think due to high winds. Well developed between trips with no breaks. We look forward to using it again on our next trip.
