Now I can eat a bowl of soup for myself anytime without the stress of making a soup from scratch and wasting it if I can't finish it. I love the "1 cup" imprint on the mold that appears on the soup when you remove it from the mold. To take the soup out, I simply place the tray in hot water for a few minutes, then use a butter knife to run it around the edges of the soup and then just slide it out. The plastic is very strong and the silicone lid is easy to put on and stayed put when I put it in the freezer. I vacuum sealed them for 1 bag and put all 4 in a gallon ziplock bag.
