I love how easy it is to use with my phone.
It’s so intuitive! The app makes it super simple even when you are in another state far away from where everything happens - if there's ever any issue at all we can always text each other right through the interface which works great as well since our phones have constant access anywhere and everywhere now! As of yet they don't offer customer service here but just having someone answer questions live would be such a huge benefit over emailing support tickets etc. Their customer support does not seem very knowledgeable about their product either- however this could also change once things get rolling more- especially once people start realizing what PlaceBag offers them. We've been able to reduce staff needed because customers fill out almost every aspect themselves without us needing help anymore.
