I purchased this drive directly from this listing in 2018. The listing shows that the product shipped to me is NEW, with warranty. 1 year, your industry standard is usually 3. The drive I bought here is less than 3 years old and starting to fail, even their diagnostic software can't even find the drive to check. I contacted support for a replacement RMA. It took them over 3 weeks to respond to my support request and my first contact with the company told me that the serial number on my hard drive shows the drive was made in 2011 and was 7 years old when I bought it, so I have no warranty and just need to buy a new drive. That answer was unacceptable, so I asked them again to look into the matter and speak to someone higher up. This time my warranty has magically changed again, but not for the better. This support rep informed me that my warranty actually started in December 2018 but expired in June 2019! So my 'brand new' hard drive in 2018 came with a measly 6 month warranty? In addition, a refurbished drive replacement was offered with a 90-day warranty on it. I mean if your brand new products only have a 6 month warranty, it's also possible to have replacement parts as per your already warranty joke. At least we can't blame you for being consistent.
