Ok, it helps for now. It does exactly what it says on the tin and fills the aquarium with bacteria to create a biofilm for your aquatic friends. Now for the part that gets 3 stars. The bacteria you introduce into your aquarium are aerobic bacteria. This means they use oxygen to do their job. Depending on your settings and how much you add, you can drain your oxygen tank, which can kill you quickly. You can destroy an entire shrimp tank by adding too many. So when I say a little goes a long way, I mean it. Try to use half the amount recommended on the back.
