I bought this unit to run two computers with a Logitech switchable keyboard. The software cannot be installed because other Bluetooth devices are installed on my computer. For example wireless network dongle, wireless keyboard and mouse. Guess what I need to do is disconnect from the network, install a wired keyboard and mouse, remove all wireless devices, restart the computer, and then install this device. However, it is not clear whether wireless devices will be reinstalled after this device. I need to call tech support and ask questions, but so far I haven't.
