Pros: - the 26 Amp current draw makes this suitable for a 30 Amp circuit (though another reviewer pointed out that technically for a sustained current like this, a 30 Amp circuit should be de-rated to 80%, which means a 24 Amp maximum) - the connector fits my 2020 Kia Niro EV perfectly - the unit is easy to use; easy to understandCons: - it worked for one charge. Then it stopped working -- two weeks after I took delivery. It acted as if the car was fully charged, and would not deliver more charge.I spoke to Mustart Customer Service (510-518-7182) and got very personal, help with diagnosis. I sent the tech guy a video to demonstrate the problem, and he advised me to return it to ebay. So a new one is on the way.But . this same trouble description was reported by others (Nov. 8, 2018, Jan. 15, 2020). Unlike me, their units failed after the return periods. All products fail sometimes. I hope these other are reports are just rare outliers.
