The product has been very stable for us when running our VoIP calls over the internet. We have not experienced any major issues thus far during this pilot phase. I would recommend using it without hesitation if you are looking at implementing voice communications. Our organization uses the software primarily as voicemail service but also integrates into other applications such as Salesforce which we use heavily. The system is very easy to manage and the integration of systems is very easy. The system is very reliable and has a good support for the system. I am working with a company which is using the system for accounting and other administrative purposes.
