They are extremely resistant to shark bites. The metal is thin as is the width of the strap. A few of them broke trying to crimp a 1" anchor and none crimped properly or in a trustworthy manner. It's better to spend money on shark bites than waste your time here. I have found others from oetiker that have worked here in the past but they are as cheap as everyday life can get!
