Their customer support team really goes above and beyond what one would expect from an online platform like this. We are using their software for our Practice Management System so we can see patient information across locations more easily than ever before. It has been a life saver especially when it comes time to bill insurance companies or other third party payers as well. There aren't any downsides yet, but they have offered assistance if there's anything needed outside their scope such as IT help. If you're looking into getting your own EMR/PM system set up quickly without having to hire someone else then definitely consider them because they make implementing easy even though it seems very technical. At least once per month some aspect will break down requiring additional workarounds from us just trying to.
