These Poacher Egg Jobs
Follow the instructions and they are easy to use and definitely better than peeling hard boiled eggs by hand. Eggs jump right out of the cup. Hard-boiled eggs have a slightly flattened tip, which might seem odd with stuffed eggs, but they're perfect for any type of salad where they're sliced. When I first used it, one of the cups didn't open. They've been fine ever since. I have no idea what caused the problem the first time as it hasn't come back.
