The headlights themselves appear to be of good quality with no obvious defects that would affect proper operation. I powered some of them with 12VDC and they lit up as expected. They're not very bright if they hurt the eyes, but I'm going to use them as lights for a small pendant that I need to be very flat so as not to knock them off. Nut and bolt packaging is a different story. As you can see from the attached picture there were 20 nuts in the kit but there were only 16 bolts in the pack along with a twisted piece of metal which should be the 17th. The sealed box was missing 3 screws. I find the lights to be fine myself, but I will be using my own stainless steel hardware to prevent corrosion. I'll let you know after I've had them installed for a while if they stand up to the Florida sun.
