The customer support was awesome! They always made sure we were taken care off by answering any questions or concerns I might have had after purchase/sign up with them during our trial period; however it did take some work as they are located out west which wasn't ideal locationwise but once you make contact from their site via phone number listed online then everything went smoothly!! If looking into this product please reach back at least 2 weeks before first week end date so there aren’t anymore issues when signingup because if something goes awry such having an issue etc., just emailing will not do much good since most likely no one would answer emails within 24 hours due too many other customers needing help already while trying figuring things themselves.
This software has helped us improve service quality immensely.
