Got 5-4-16 as a silencer training set for my 6 year old who is starting his first year on the team for swimming. Perfect for a size 22 (waist 23 inches, wide but not heavy). After reading the reviews I was almost afraid to buy a different brand or a size (or two!) bigger. I'm glad I didn't. All I can think of is that many others thought they would buy shorts rather than "tight" suits designed for racing and competitive swimming. They're meant to be a little difficult to put on, with no gaps or room to wiggle. Will be buying several more pairs now confident they will fit as advertised Previous experience with Speedo women's competition and tracksuits shows them to hold up better and have a significantly longer lifespan in the pool than others.
