Excellent Customer Service, Timely Deliveries and Amazing Team
I like that they have such an amazing team behind them! They are always willing/able help me get my orders shipped out as fast or faster than anyone else does it - no matter how big / small of items we ship at once (or even one item).
And their customer service has been great for us too!! We've had some issues over time where our shipments were delayed by USPS but never anything major from FedEx though there's nothing wrong wtih either carrier itself so far. Go ahead & try this place if possible-it will be worth every penny. ! Shipping costs can sometimes seem expensive compared other carriers who offer free next day delivery options when ordering large quantities online which makes up most bulk sales these days anyways since Amazon offers FREE 2 Day shipment option now also anyway..
- Their shipping rates to Canada is very reasonable, especially with all those international taxes added in..and you don't need much more info about yourself before processing your order because everything gets done via email only..so easy!!! It really helps expedite things along nicely without needing multiple emails back n forth between myself trying figure stuff together...they do
