Great product for the price. One caveat: As other reviews have pointed out, the mounting screw size in the instructions is incorrect. The mounting screws are actually metric M5. This size can be easily drilled and tapped, or the SAE 10-24 bolts can be replaced with metric bolts. Do not attempt to use a 1/4-20 screw size as instructed. You are too big. I used #10 X 1/2" hex self-tapping screws to attach the stem assembly. For the latch, I drilled and tapped 10-24 x 3/4" pan head machine screw threads (1/2" length). is actually enough).
