This adapter allows us to attach a Worster Sherlock extension to Unger's handle and it works GREAT! It works with all extensions and tools using industry standard ACME threads. Our cleaning system has 20 Worster Sherlock extensions (4 of each size) with ACME threads. These poles are light and extremely stiff, but the last pole is hexagonal, it doesn't fit Unger's window cleaner (an old hexagonal pin in a round hole); Also, Unger really needs an angled adapter like this one at the end of the extension to do his job properly.
