Make sure you're using 802.11 AC

I wanted to give this 2 stars because this adapter gave me a top speed of 18Mbps right away. It turns out that the driver doesn't use 802.11ac by default (and probably not even 802.11n 5GHz). You can change this setting in the driver settings. Overall, this is a good and small adapter that is 100% worth the money.
