The product died and gets very hot - Good customer service

The device suddenly stopped working after a year. Now it overheats and won't turn on. Why is this happening? After my first message, the company contacted and offered a full refund without having to return the device. You did things well.

Not enough space in the "Ask a question " section to describe the problem

I downloaded the driver from the link provided, but it won't install on OSX 10.5. The CONTINUE button on the target selection page is disabled. However, the Uninstall.pkg file completes normally. Is another driver available or should I download it again or what?

Make sure you're using 802.11 AC

I wanted to give this 2 stars because this adapter gave me a top speed of 18Mbps right away. It turns out that the driver doesn't use 802.11ac by default (and probably not even 802.11n 5GHz). You can change this setting in the driver settings. Overall, this is a good and small adapter that is 100% worth the money.

Easy installation! - USB network adapter

A driver CD is included with the product. I installed the driver and then plugged in the USB WiFi adapter. Windows 10 recognized the device and connected to the network. Entered my WLAN access data and started surfing. Did a speed test and was impressed with the performance. It's not the smallest, but it's not big enough to cause gap issues either. I would buy again and definitely recommend.

Easy to install, works like a charm

I needed a wireless power adapter for an additional Windows 10 PC I have and decided to give this a try based on the good reviews and low price . I am 100% satisfied with this adapter. No configuration was required, it just plugged into a USB port, connected to my network and it worked right away. I have never had a problem with it and use it for several hours every day. highlighted.

It has this annoying problem that keeps disconnecting

Works right out of the box. I've been using it every day for a few months now. It has this annoying problem where it keeps shutting down. My troubleshooter says it detects a broken wire, then fixes it and then works again for 5-10 minutes. It doesn't dangle in the USB port and is fully plugged in. This happens regardless of which slot I use. It works again. I have excellent reception, 5 bars, 30ft from the router, but running the troubleshooter is annoying when trying to send email. Although…

Less signal strength but faster speed.

I bought this adapter without an antenna for my mother's computer as it tends to tip over and hit objects and I was afraid the antenna would break. As I expected, the signal is a bit weaker than what I got with Antenna Warmstor USB Wifi Adapter AC600Mbps Wireless Wifi Card 802.11ac Dual Band 2.4G/5G Network Adapter with Antenna for PC Desktop Notebook Tablet, Support Windows 10/8.1/ 8/7/XP/Vista, MAC OS X 10.4-10.12, but for some reason this gives me faster speeds (which I wasn't expecting).
