Hello, I bought this product to use with HP OfficeJet G95. The product does not support such printers, but this fact is nowhere to be read by the consumer. Also, the item was defective. It wouldn't work with every printer right out of the box. Judging by other reviews, many of them are defective. Customer support for this product was also lousy, and the written documentation was confusing and incomplete for anyone but networkers. I'm a system administrator and the installation was a real headache. Perhaps the faulty device skewed my mind because I needed to troubleshoot when you thought the process would be simple and straightforward. Please work on your QC Linksys. You have great ideas, but the quality of your output is very poor.
