Edit 8/12/21: Support contacted me and sent me a replacement. I didn't ask for it and wasn't expecting it, so it was a very pleasant surprise. You just couldn't ask for better customer service. Many Thanks. 5 stars for customer service and new product. I'll update if I spot the same issue, but I don't think I will. Knock on wood. The capacity did not convince me. I've used it a few times to start a 2008 VW R32 with a dead battery and it uses almost 20% of the full charge. This seems overkill for the "rating" of this product. However, I will only have 5 starts and will only run the small 3.2 liter VR6 engine. I guess I would probably look at another brand because I know a lot of people who use portable jumpers of the same rating and they can run full size trucks and use less per jump.
