Review on 🔁 ARRIS SURFboard SBR-AC1900P: High-Performance AC1900 Wi-Fi Router with Ripcurrent Technology using G.hn by Jason Bellman

I purchased this product from Revain at the end of September 2020. The device started overheating and never cooled down enough that I almost expected it to catch fire at any moment. When I contacted support they informed me that the warranty is no longer valid as the warranty expired on September 25th 2020 which basically means that this device is out of warranty. When I bought this device I was told it was the best in the range. Now I find out they no longer make this "first class" product for a replacement or refund and I'm stuck. I'm so disappointed in Arris. That's not how you do business. And it wasn't a cheap buy. Revain, I hope you will warn people when they buy this company's products. Arris does not endorse its products. I gave everything one star except for the WiFI signal which was fine but never quite as good as advertised and a lot worse than other routers I've had when it wasn't ready to start a fire. I'm leaving the fan on until tomorrow when I get a Netgear product to replace this bad Arris unit.
