My Chihuahua has a thick neck and small body. I don't like their thick collars, but I love them when they're long and it's surprisingly hard to find. This product comes in many colors that I like. I even bought a second one later because I liked it so much and wanted a different color option. My dog is a 5.5lb chihuahua and the xs suits her performance. She has light fur and I have a hot pink, a great color! Because her fur is so light, I noticed that the color of the collar was bleeding and her fur turned slightly pink near the collar. She's also often itchy right around her collar (maybe the color irritates her, or maybe a million other things). Anyway, I wanted to see what would happen if I soaked my pink collar in water overnight. The next day the contents of the cup were pale pink. Then I drove out of town for 3 days and forgot to take the collar off! When I got home, the water was much richer, cloudier pink. I even soaked it again afterwards and more of the color came off. I will still use the collar just to post this experience.
