I bought this product for a specific reason. I had to tow a 2002 WR250 on a hitch and ramp that keeps the dirt bike perpendicular to my car's headlights. After driving 1500 miles the clutch pin I bought broke. It is bent, there is no gasket, the lock does not click, the entire surface is corroded, the key is difficult to get into the lock, and the product has completely failed. I emailed your company first to troubleshoot the issue and see if you support your product, but I have not received any response or response so I have to post 1 star (I would only give a negative 1 star forgiven for not communicating , you just have to say that you will replace it or the warranty has expired). I have many more photos if you need further evidence of the damaged part.
