We got this to replace the thinner mesh cover of our Exo-terra terrarium. Let's just say our cat started jumping onto the roof of the tank and the grille started deforming. Our Exo-terra terrarium is 36x18 with opening front doors. I was worried that Zilla 36x18 wouldn't fit, but after reading other comments and reviews I decided to give it a try. We are happy to announce that it fits easily on our exo-terra terrarium! It is actually slightly larger than a terrarium as you can see from the photos. I can also confirm that with this extra cover we can still open the front doors. The cover does not interfere with the doors. For the record, we're not removing the thinner Exo-Terra mesh cover, we're just adding it on top so our cat doesn't tear through. If you want to use this Zilla cover alone without the Exo Terra screen cover, I think you need to find a way to make sure it stays secure.
