The push and pull concept is great. The pulling worked fine. He got around the store and wasn't sloppy. The boost needs some work. Not enough surface area to put pressure on the joint. Pressing the bearings on worked well as the bottom of the arms are radiused. But when pressing on the joint, the radius reduces the contact area to two points. Because the metal wasn't as strong as the joint, the tool was damaged at the ends, again an inadequate contact point. My use case was to replace the U-joints on the front axles of a 2006 Jeep Rubicon. Factory axles, not chromoly. Would have preferred to have a flat bottom on the pushrods and maybe a cap with a radius that you can slide or snap in when you push the bearings.
