This is not suitable for door handles

I bought this product to replace a broken handle. It seems like a waste of time to buy a whole set of zip ties just because of a lousy broken handle, but I did it. I contacted the company and after putting them on forever someone finally got back to me and told me this kit would fit my door. Well that didn't happen so I contacted the company again and after another round of permanent hold the same guy picked up the phone and said the damaged pen I had might not have been made by them. I am not impressed with the product or customer service and will never buy a Prime Line product again. Disgusting customer service.
