Installation was very easy as the device fitted the old door handle exactly. No modification was required as the bolt holes and operating shaft were identical. The new lock came with 3 keys which was nice as there was no need to duplicate the key. The delivery was quick and well packaged as it was when it was delivered.

The handle has broken off. 2 times. Bought to replace the original which broke after a year. It broke after 4 months in the same place! This is a weak product and we are looking for a replacement. The handle breaks about an inch from the door pin on either side. It is pot metal and very brittle.

I bought this product to replace a broken handle. It seems like a waste of time to buy a whole set of zip ties just because of a lousy broken handle, but I did it. I contacted the company and after putting them on forever someone finally got back to me and told me this kit would fit my door. Well that didn't happen so I contacted the company again and after another round of permanent hold the same guy picked up the phone and said the damaged pen I had might not have been made by them.
