I like best how it integrates with other systems in our organization as well as third party applications used by customers we serve (such as Salesforce). It can do many different things but has some limitations regarding customization of report types/views which could be addressed through future releases or upgrades from amTel support team during implementation phase if needed. We use this tool for Telecom Management including Expense Tracking / Budgeting & Invoice Approval processes within my group at work so i cannot speak about any specific customer requirement since they will have their own needs depending upon business requirements. However what works really good here are all fields required for invoice approval process especially those related expenses such as Billable hours etc., where you get options available under each field e g Hours billed per day vs Number Of Days Worked Per Month - makes life easier when reviewing incoming bills against budget plan before.
