Review on KaiDengZhe by Andy Metzger

Recently, I made a buy from KaiDengZhe's online store, and regrettably, the transaction left me feeling very let down. First of all, I had trouble navigating their website and finding the specific products I was searching for. When I did, at last, locate what I was searching for and make my purchase, the shipping process took a lot longer than I had anticipated. Although I am aware that delays can occur, there was little communication or information provided regarding the progress of my purchase. I was disappointed to learn that my products were not of the caliber I had hoped for when they eventually arrived. The lighting accessories I received were flimsy and easily broke, and the bulbs I got were not as bright as they had been described. Even worse, I received unhelpful and dismissive answers when I tried to contact their customer service about a refund or exchange. Overall, I had a very bad experience with KaiDengZhe, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone looking for automotive or lighting goods.
