Poor design - air conditioning tools and equipment

The Boltigen refrigerant dispenser I received with R134A self sealing can tap valve was not manufactured correctly. In fact, the design is a bit unfortunate. The cock that activates the tank's self-sealing valve is the only way for Freon to get through the valve. If a very small brass faucet is not machined to absolute perfection, the valve will fail and freon will not come out of the can. The valve must also be able to pass freon into the valve through the holes under the can gasket to ensure freon and oil enter the valve. Currently the only way is through a microscopic hole in a brass tap, the hole is much smaller than the metering nozzle in the carburetor. This is not enough room for oil and freon to get into the valve. Brass faucets are usually of improved design. Freon can enter the valve along the outer circumference of the cock included in the cylinder's self-sealing valve.
