Review on Kona Silicone Basting Brushes Cooking by Tracy Lazalier

This review is for a set of 2 Kona silicone pastry brushes for cooking. The brushes are stainless steel, are anti-fingerprint, have a nice weight and feel ergonomic when holding them. I melted some butter and checked the pastry brushes to brush onto fresh cookies from the oven. The silicone brushes worked really well, absorbing and spreading the oil evenly and thoroughly over the liver. Grill brushes can also be used on the grill and are heat resistant up to 480 degrees which is a plus. In general I like silicone heating brushes, they work well.
