I bought this tool to reset the electric parking brake on my 2016 Subaru Outback after a brake service. Connecting the instrument to a computer and downloading the appropriate files was cumbersome, but not bad. I tried to run a general diagnosis on my computer, everything works. The big disappointment was when I accessed the reset functions and the EPB menu showed almost every make of car except Subaru. No big deal, I'll email Ansel and see if there's a solution. Your customer support email is useless. I entered all the information and then had to enter the verification code. After 6 attempts with the message that the code was wrong (and I had to re-enter all the data each time), I finally gave up and just sent the tool back. I had high expectations but it wasn't what I needed or expected. I'm curious if there was a way to work with Subarus.
