I have basically $21 rubber washers to start with. I have 3 different types of 5 gallon gas cans. Coleman, Blitz & Briggs & Stratton. I tried it on all 3. The threads on neither the large black nor the yellow collar matched the threads on any of the 3 types of gas cylinders so I used the original and just went with the clear nozzle. I put it on, tipped it and flowed, tightened it, it still flowed. The flange on the clear spout is not wide enough to fit the neck of the glass. Now I can't go back as the jets have been exposed to the gas and it will stink from the packaging. So I removed the rubber washer from the injector and installed it on the existing injector, which doesn't work for me but is better than leaking gas all over the place. buyers be aware. Also, don't drill a vent hole in the jar until you're sure the spout will work for you.
