Review on Cuisinart CPS 050 Alfrescamore Quick Cutter by Christopher Sullivan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great blade, best for outdoor grilling and cooking

Great item, freshly sharpened and sliced pizza, sliced chicken breast, diced onion. None of the blades of this type are sharp (I assume liability issues). It's easy to sharpen, either with a file or disc sander or belt sander, and then finish with a stone if you have one when fine sandpaper doesn't work. Easy to use and clean. Because it is large and takes up a lot of drawer space, place the hook on the side of the upper cabinet eaten by the sink, it looks good and easy to use. The cave that comes with it is thin. So if you keep them in a drawer, grab a strip of auto hem. This is a 1/4 inch U shaped bead that fits snugly and is easy to tighten. Just cut them 1 inch longer than a blade, so a place to grab. Have fun with the update. Still very happy. Approaching two years. Cuts great, easy to clean.
