Great inexpensive watercolor paper
This is a great watercolor paper for kids, beginners or practitioners. This is one of the cheapest watercolor papers I know. It has a slightly uneven texture typical of cold pressing. If you want smooth paper, use a heat press. It's a little off-white. It's greedy enough that the watercolor doesn't build up on the surface, but I can still pick up the color for clouds and such. It peels off easily from the backing but leaves some sticky residue on the edge of the paper. Overall, at this price point (less than 25 cents per sheet), I am very happy with this paper.
