What can I say, this product sucks and not in a good way.

I thought buying a kit would be an easy way to save time and money, but I was horribly wrong. Although the plumbing is good and the connections are good, the most important part of a kit like this is the blast gate. And even after a month of operation, two of the five explosion protection gates do not close completely. This makes the whole system pretty much useless as they only offer a 30 day guarantee. So my suggestion is don't buy this kit, in fact you can make it a lot cheaper just by buying regular 2" pipe and secondly avoiding all their products with explosion proof valves. They are cheap, they are not completely closed as they are clogged with dust. This kit has five gates and if two of the five gates are already broken and won't close fully, it really limits the ability of the system to work properly. So my final advice: avoid Powertec, avoid this particular kit, and avoid blast gates sold individually. UPDATE: Now all but one have the issue. One fell apart and had to be re-glued. The rest are so crowded they don't close. It looks like I smash them all up to collect dust, clean them, put a small bolt and nut in each corner so I can open them up and clean them if they get clogged up again, which is what happens. She. What you can do is avoid this and all other products by this company.
