The best thing about MedSmart is its user friendly interface and ease of use of all modules.MedSmart provides very good patient experience.MedSmart is best in class for EHR system which offers features like clinical governance,HIPAA compliance,CMS audit capabilities,Fraud and abuse detection,CMS audit capabilities. It also has excellent customer support services. Medsmart is cloud based software so it can be accessed from any location or device as long as you have internet connection.It takes a bit time to learn all features but once you do they are awesome.Easy access to medical histories for clinicians in order to understand patients' condition and make appropriate treatment decisions. I like how easy it was for me as an employee of Aetna, Inc., to be able to view my schedule from anywhere in any location using our mobile device or desktop computer! The best part about this product would have been if you could use your phone number instead of email address (which can change). It's very helpful especially when traveling because all information regarding appointments are displayed at once allowing us time management while away from home base.
