I like that MedSmart has a lot of features that are easy to use. It is easy to navigate through the program and use the features. I also like that there are a lot of options to customize the program to fit the needs of the healthcare facility. The system was easy for our office staff to use, we didn't have any problems at all! We were able to see what people had appointments in real time which made it easier to schedule them.
