The system was easy for our office staff to use, we didn't have any problems at all! We were able to see what people had appointments in real time which made it easier to schedule them. It also helped us keep track of who has seen their doctor when they came into our clinic so there wasn't confusion about being seen by the right person or not getting an appointment. I liked how it kept everything together under one roof instead of having to go from computer to computer. This makes it much faster to get things done if you are working with multiple doctors. There's nothing really bad about this program but if you are looking to streamline your day-to-day life as a Doctor, try out Medsmart. Our organization is running smoothly now due to Medsmart because I know where everyone is going each day. I like how easy it was for my staff to learn and use, as well as their support team. The interface could be improved by adding some features or functionality. Also, there are some minor glitches when navigating between pages in the system. As an administrator at our hospital, we were able to streamline documentation and help ensure patient safety throughout the process. We realized significant time savings using this software over paper-based forms.
