Review on New/Mode by Ben Balas

I like how easy it was to set up an account for my organization and be able to have our supporters easily contribute via multiple channels. The interface could also use some work as far as design goes but overall we've been happy with the product so far! Nothing in particular at this time. Just trying out new features and learning more about them so they become part of our everyday business routine. I like the ability to get people engaged in the community. The ability to go back and see the activity from each person. Also the ability to send a mass text or e-mail at one time. It can be very confusing and hard to navigate. If you have never used it before, there is a lot to figure out. The best thing about this program is the ability to get more people involved. We have gotten so many people involved in our community through this program.
