This juicer gets the job done with a little creativity. Maybe mine is broken, but it doesn't fit my Kitchenaid perfectly. There is a notch on the shoulder of the auger where the Kitchenade screw goes, but it's misaligned. Instead, the screw barely holds the snail and comes off very easily, resulting in disaster or fruit and juice spillage. Unfortunately it takes 2 people to make juice. One person should hold the device to keep it from spinning while the other person holds the bowls. The included bowls are so short that the juice squirts everywhere. So I use bigger bowls or put them on something to lift them closer to the exit. To be honest I would have sent this back but I missed the return window and I haven't seen anything else on the market. Once you start and get the rhythm, it will be easy to use. I make watermelon juice and it filters out all the pulp so it does its job well. It's just not seamless.
