Overall the mount is of good quality and looks pretty solid (haven't tested it yet). However, a few problems arose. First, the installation instructions were a bit fuzzy on where and how to install the washers. Second, I thought the screws that came with were too short, so I bought longer ones at my local hardware store. Thirdly, in terms of design, I'm not sure how this mount connects to the wheel is the most reliable solution. I feel like hanging by the brush guard means trusting the brush guard connection points more than somehow tying it to the frame. Finally, the standard fairlead that comes with the Harbor Freight Badlands 2500 winch does not match the bolt spacing of this bracket. I had to spend another $16 on another fairlead so keep that in mind when calculating the total investment to add a winch with this mount.
