When we first became homeowners and didn't know what was best we had a fire in our dryer due to lint. We did not lint the appliances that came with the house. Thankfully, it was quickly caught and extinguished, but the dryer was still damaged beyond repair. I had to change the previous one due to wear and tear and went for this one. I was very happy with the strong bristle brush that removes stuck villi. The flexible hose was longer than my previous one and actually collected more lint than my previous one. I've seen others run into build issues but haven't run into any of these issues.
